Orders
By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase an item from Leigh's Beads which will result in a binding contract. Don't forget to use the discounts codes shown under 'special offers'.


Payment
All payments are made through Paypal as it provides instant transfer of funds and secure receipts. Credit card and account details are held on a secure server by Paypal.


Packaging
All items come in an organza bag.


Shipping policies
All UK orders carry a minimum postage and packing charge of £1.00 for Royal Mail 1st class postage. If you spend over £30 delivery is free. Please make sure you add the discount code shown on the 'special offers' page.

International shipping costs carry a minimum charge of £2.00 per order. Delivery is free for orders over £30 - please use the discount code shown on the 'special offers' page. International customers will be liable for any customs / duties required by their specific country.


Delivery
Leigh's Beads aims to dispatch items within 24hours of notification of an order through Paypal. Customised designs may take a little longer - expected date of posting will be advised by email once your requirements have been confirmed. Please note, any orders placed on a Friday afternoon may not be posted until Monday. If for any reason there will be a delay in posting your purchase you will be informed by email.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase Leigh's Beads offers a 7 days returns policy. Return postage / shipping costs are at the buyers expense and the items must be returned in original condition. Please contact me by email to advise me of your intention to return the item and you will be provided with the information for returns. Once the unwanted item is received you will be refunded via Paypal.

For your protection it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. Returned items must be securely packaged and in their original condition.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty Goods
If an item is unfortunately found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact me by email as soon as possible and return the item for an exchange or a full refund including reimbursement of delivery charges.


Bespoke Service
A bespoke service is available where I can create something completely original for a special occassion.
Alternatively, you may wish and item to be made smaller or longer or in a different colour. Please email to discuss your requirements.

A deposit may be required prior to starting the item of jewellery.
